Stayed in Executive room 13th floor Great view , spacious and elegantly designed. Fully equipped and toilet was large with a tub. Staff are exceptionally professional, and all the thanks to the front desk team Location is on a vibrant street with resturant and stores are with 5 mins walk.

Location Close to various kind of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, juffair square also night clubs. Facility is modern. Large rooms and kitchen. There were fair number of kitchen utensils if you want to cook. There was iron board, iron even hair curler in the room.

The unit is comfortable and clean. I had a great view. The staff members were good (especially my check in staff).

Great location in the quiet part of Juffair
The location is perfect. Out of the property to the right is the American Alley filled with dizzying number of shops and restaurants; out to the left is the more modern and quiet Juffair Square with a more upscale vibe. The rooms are spacious, the living room is well fitted and the panoramic windows allowed us a good view of the city on the 17th floor. Plenty of parking spaces, fitted with a card access. Staff is very helpful and courteous without being too overbearingly nice. Check in and out is a breeze.

Very good support from the reception. Warm and cordial on their every meet. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
good hotel, good bed, good location
overall, great value for money. great location in juffair. my only small complaint over the 3 day stay was they shower wasn't very hot at any time i used it but still ok to use but would prefer it a lot hotter. would recommend the hotel anyway, very good all in all.

The Suite wasn't a Suite
Close proximity to American Alley, Customer service, comfortable bed, nice view.

The suites are spacious and cozy. Kitchenete was perfect, and the fridge size was great. WiiFii worked well all the time. Our suite has a spectacular view. The staff was accommodating to our needs and always smiling. Location could not be better, you are in the heart of the action, with great restaurantes, bars, clubs, massage spas, exchange spots, pharmacies, and coffee shops 24 hours.
